Photo Book Binder Description

A completely automatic machine for panorama photobooks binding. You just have to place prints in the loading area and let our machine do the job for you! The block builder machine will crease and build-up the block placing the Easysheets (pre-glued paper) between the prints. All you have to do is remove the photobook at the end of the working cycle, place it in the Heating Set, then in the Pressure Set to cool and trim before to stick the cover. This machine can crease and bind more than 300 prints per hour and it binds digital photobooks up to 50 x 50 cm (20” x 20”) maximum print size 50 x 100 cm (20” x 40”), prints minimum size 15 x 20 cm (6” x 8”), maximum album thikness 8 cm (3,15”).
