Design
Low profile design – The height of 3.31 inches on the 5000 lb model, 4.06 inches on the 10,000 lb model and 5 inches on the 20,000 lb model allow for easy loading and unloading.

Exclusively designed Weigh Bars® – The Weigh Bar outperforms most shear beam loadcells in accuracy and reliability due to its low V min. When fitted with a Weigh Bar, the ProDec will perform as fast, as stable and as accurately in a 5000 lb setup as it does in a 10,000 lb capacity. This provides our customers with a higher strength deck and the flexibility to lower the legal for trade capacity and resolution without losing accuracy or performance.

Unsurpassed rigidity – The ProDec is engineered to provide outstanding strength and robustness at all times with its steel support channel understructure welded to a 3⁄16″ top plate in the 2000/5000 lb capacity scale while the10,000 lb capacity has a ¼” top plate – this helps to keep the deck from warping and bending. Serviceability – Hidden under an easily removable access plate in the top deck structure, the ProDec’s junction box can be easily accessed for servicing but remains well protected from damage.

Four-way ramps – Ramps can be placed to speed up workflow from multiple directions and improve efficiency for many applications.

Tread plate deck texture – This deck texture pattern provides higher traction than non-checkered designs and reduces the risk for slip and fall accidents. Adjustable feet – The corrosion resistant stainless steel feet with locking nuts are adjustable and allow for leveling between 3⁄8″ to ½”.

End loading – The ProDec is designed to accommodate some of the most unique weighing situations. The ProDec has an end loading rating of 200% at a 2000 lb, 150% at 5000 lb and 100% for the 10,000 lb and 20,000 lb.

Axle loading – The ProDec axle load ratings are: 3300 lb for a 5000 lb scale; 5000 lb for 10,000 lb capacity; and 10,000 lb for 20,000 lb capacity scales.
