Drop Sealer Features

Fully Automatic impulse trim sealing of plastic bags up to 5 mil thick.
Wrap-around hood is standard. With photo eyes to provide operator protection.
Up to 30 bags per minute operating rate.
Solid state electronics for precise wire temperature control. Smokeless, odorless and no warm up time required.
Trim seals bags up to 15″ wide and 22″ long with or without 1/4″ ribbon seal as desired. Automatically ejects and collects the scrap.
Teflon dispensing roller extends life of sealing ribbon.
All stainless steel decking and slides are quickly adjustable for fast product change over. Table pitch is also adjustable.
Economical power requirements —110 volt and 5 CFM @ 50 p.s.i
