Based on proven suction-feed technology, the MC-80 is designed to maximize your productivity and your profits. The space-saving, vertical design also incorporates advanced programming features – a real productivity advantage that allows non-stop collating. Designed for quick set-ups and changeovers, the MC-80 produces up to 3,500 straight-stacked sets per hour. It handles a wide range of stocks, from 11 lb. to 10-point cover, efficiently and error free. And, sheet size can range from 5.8” x 8.3” to 12.5” x 18.5”.

No special skill or training is needed to operate the Standard Horizon MC-80 system. Simple controls and adjustments are easily accessible, and each station is equipped with automatic miss, double and out-of-paper detection. In the event of an error, the collator stops instantly, giving the operator an LED indication of exactly what happened and where the problem occurred. Expandable from 8 – 48 stations, the MC-80 is easily tailored to meet your specific collating requirements. And, it can grow with you as your needs change.
