Pallet Wrapping Machine Description

Our Cousins 550 PUP is a basic manual stretch wrapper that is ideal for low volume applications. It is a great unit for growing businesses that want to introduce more automation into their packaging needs. This operator controlled stretch wrapper gives the user the freedom to control the up and down travel of the stretch wrapping carriage, as well as how fast the turntable spins. The stretch wrapping carriage dispenses the proper gauge machine stretch film, depending on what your wrapping needs are. It can handle pallets that are 48″ wide, 48″ long and 75″ tall, and weigh under 3000 pounds.

The 550 PUP can handle approximately 15 loads per hour. If you need something more economical, or something that can crank out more pallets per hour, or handle heavier pallets, please take a look at our full line of manual and semi-auto stretch wrappers. This machine is considered a manual machine wrapper, and we do offer a semi-auto version of it, which is the Cousins 550 PUP with photo eye. The photo eye helps to eliminate the manual part of adjusting the max carriage height to fit the pallet that you’re wrapping.
